A new chapter on our meditation journey
Perhaps the most important skill that we can cultivate through meditation is a sense of radical permissiveness toward all our sensory experience. This way of being allows us to approach life with grace, lightness and flexibility.
This transferable skill enables us to navigate the highs and lows without becoming overly attached or reactive, fostering a compassionate and responsive attitude toward ourselves and others.
It’s been over a year since I began offering weekly online meditation sessions on Discovering Sanctuary. This has been a space of stillness, deep presence, and shared exploration.
Week after week, we’ve gathered—connecting in silence, in insight, in the unspoken field that holds us all. It has been a profound journey, and I’m deeply grateful to everyone who has been part of it.
Now, as this offering evolves, I’m excited to share a new chapter called, Sanctuary.
Sanctuary will be hosted on my new community platform, Embody Presence, a dedicated space designed to deepen our shared exploration.
What’s different?
Sanctuary will be held twice a month instead of weekly.
Sessions will be 90 minutes, allowing more spaciousness for both meditation practice and shared reflection.
The fee will be £20 per session, supporting the sustainability of this gathering while keeping it accessible.
We’ll gather on my dedicated community space, Embody Presence, a more intentional and interactive space where we can connect beyond the sessions.
Sanctuary membership grants you access to live gatherings, all previous recordings, and a supportive community of fellow explorers.
Why the Shift?
This change reflects a natural unfolding—one that allows us to go deeper, to refine our presence, and to create a container that fully supports the experience of Sanctuary. The new rhythm and format will help sustain the depth of our work together while making room for other emerging offerings within Embody Presence.
